Glen Island Yacht Club’s marina is recognized as the second best “hurricane hole” on Western Long Island Sound; the marina ranks as the most preferred as a hurricane-safe harbor inclusive a beautiful setting.
The Club owes its character to members who share a passion for racing, sailing, and as of late, “Wooden Boat” crafts. As a group they are low key and unpretentious folk who enjoy the genial spirit, camaraderie and the love of music with which they’ve infused their club.
