Between Markers 47 & 48 on the river’s south shore, a four-story, gray and whited condo building abuts the low-rise warren of interconnected, green-roofed, tan clapboard buildings. One set of floating docks lies in front of the main building which houses the office, tackle shop and comfortably furnished covered porch and an open deck with umbrella topped picnic tables. Another set flanks the long covered deck home of Who Dat Bar & Grille. All new floating aluminum docks, look for ongoing upgrades. Cable at 3 slips, well stocked ships store, fuel, heads and outside showers.
