The current owner has had this one for over 20 years and has been a tenant of the marina, where it is moored, the entire time. The slip is fully transferrable and can be a live aboard if you so desire. Any fees associated with taking over the slip will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. The slip is available, not included, with the purchase.
