Well kept sailboat in Lake Washington at Leschi Marina (Seattle). This boat has sailed to Hawaii and back.  It is a solid sailboat and sails amazing.  New engine installed in 2000 and has 900 hours.  Gas consumption is very minimal.  Inside has mahogoney wood with a great layout.  Lots of extra sails and dinghy included.
