Sterling is a 1988 Catalina 30 Tall Rig.I am the second owner of this well cared for Boat.This Tall Rig has the Universal M-25 xp Diesel engine rated @ 23 hp @ 3200 rpm.It has a Fin Keel which draws 5' 2". LOA is 29.92 ft Beam is 10.83 ft and the LWL is 25ft. The mast height is 45.92 ft with the displacement of 10,200 lb's and Lead Ballast of 4200 lb's. Fuel tank hold 18 gallons cleaned and added new float in 2020.The Dodger,Bimini and connector are new in 2020 made of Sunbrella and they are cleaned and stored each off season.The Cabin cushions are also new 2020 made of same material.The A/C and heat are powered by 16,00 BTU Mermaid Marine Air. All light's are LED and the cabin has a hot water heater for the Galley which also supplies the Head.Holding tank

There are two set's of Batteries starting group is two group 24 batteries and the House Bank is two group 27 Batteries with room for one more which would take you to 345 Amp hour's which is really good for this size Boat.Also included is a 2.5 hp Mercury out board 2 stroke and a West Marine  Dinghy that is 9'6" with eat and a set of oar's. This boat is located in Oriental N.C. and is ready for you to take a Sea Trial.Sails are clean and in good shape with a fair amount of time left in them.
