The design of the Pulsifer Hampton is based on the Casco Bay Hampton, a lobster boat built by Charlie Gomes from 1902 through the 1950s. Charlie Gomes’ Hamptons were work boats. Designed first and foremost for function – to be used, to work hard, and to endure. These wooden boats are constructed of local white pine, oak, and cedar, hand selected and sawn.
This particular Hampton 22 Launch has been well cared for and kept in the Harbor Springs area by the current owner for the past five years. Currently in storage in Harbor Springs, this boat is easily shown anytime.
