General Description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF VESSEL:

The vessel is a 1965 Chris Craft Constellation tri-cabin sedan cruiser with twin Chrysler V-8 engines inboard engines 129 hulls of this model were built between 1963 and 1965. This is no 12 in the 1965 series (i.e. 96th hull in the series). She has a flaired bow, flush decking, raised trunk deck house. She has a hard top aft and could be completed with a fly bridge. She has sleeping accommodations for four with forward and aft heads, Construction is carvel planked mahogany with fiberglassed decks.

Accommodations

GENERAL ARRANGEMENT: The Cabin is laid out with an anchor chain locker under the bow, followed by the fore=ward stateroom with a head on port and hanking lockers on starboard., Next aft is the forward head, followed by by bunks port and stbd, are the galley and dinette on the same level as the forward cabin, but open to the main salon which is two steps up on centerline. The cruise air A/C units and how water heater are located in the forward hold below the galley along with the new holding tank The main salon is very roomy with a ladder up to the aft deck on port . The engines are located in the ample engine room below the salon. The companionway leads to the aft cabin on port where there is a double bed with private head and shower’ The helm station is on the centerline in aft bridge deck, and has a fold down chart table aft.

2014: New Seaward 20 Gallon marine hot water heater/tank, 6 stage drinking water system. Overhaul port side Paragon P44L transmission

2013: New 3 stage in line shore water filter systemBottom inspection, repair, paint, thru-hull maintenance, shaft/prop cleaning every 2-3 years. Bottom cleaned and zinc's replaced every 6 months or as needed.
