Accommodations

There is a V-berth with a newly replaced in 2021 queen sized bed and aft cabin both can sleep 4.  Th lounge also can accomodate 1 adult and has a cherry wood settee for having meals inside the cabin house.

Only the 3rd owner of this beautiful version of the most sought after boat on the water.  My Sea Ray has been well maintained by myself and the 2 previous owners.  Copies of the survey from when boat was purchased by 2nd owner in 2015 is available to share.  At that time boat was rated as ABOVE AVERAGE.  My survey from 2021 when I purchased the boat is available for viewing also. Boat at that time was rated as ABOVE AVERAGE as well.  Since then I have upgraded the electronics to include a Raymarine Axium 9RV. New Raymarine radar and transducer have been installed as well.  Radio has been upgraded to new Fusion stereo.
Port side passenger seat has had a swivel mount added to allow passenger to face the rear of the vessel to engage in conversation with other passengers.  New rear biminy has been added for extra shade when needed.  New custom made queen size mattress for main berth,  New premium marine weave synthetic vinyl flooring throughout cabin and berth.
Mainfolds and risers were replaced at 650 hours
Generator manifold was replaced over this winter period
Batteries always stored off the vessel and on a trickle charger for the winter        
Freshly bottom painted with new Zincs for the 2023 season
Boat has been detailed and launched.  Sitting in the water waiting for you to come see her.

Boat can be seen prior to or after launch by appoinment
No broker fees will be paid by seller if you choose to bring one

Isinglass has been stored off the vessel to maintain quality.

Hate to sell the boat, however needs have changed and I am downsizing to a day boat.
