A dream marina, and in the heart of Venice, just a short distance from the Serenissima Republic's former naval arsenal, still perfectly preserved, and a place that has marked the history of Venice.  The harbour and land-based buildings will go up in the area around the Celli shipyards. Celli himself was a renowned motorboat builder, who worked between the early years of the twentieth century up until the sixties. The new owners intend to continue in this way, building prestigious motorboats and reviving a great tradition. Built to provide shelter from the Bora and Tramontana winds, the harbour enjoys calm waters even when the Sirocco blows, as well as total protection from the wake produced by motorboats.  The facilities on land are also exceptional, steeped in history and art, with exclusive shops, a range of restaurants and bars and a world famous beauty therapy centre for a spot of pampering.
